StaunchBot provides software that helps businesses create and operate AI assistants using business knowledge, approved policies, integrations, workflows, analytics, and messaging channels. Certain features may depend on third-party platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and other connected systems.

3. Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your workspace. You must provide accurate business information and keep your integration settings, bot configuration, and connected endpoints current.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use StaunchBot to violate applicable law, send harmful or deceptive content, infringe intellectual property rights, or process data without proper authority. You are responsible for the content, documents, URLs, prompts, and workflows added to your workspace.

• No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive use of the platform.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
• No uploading of content you do not have the right to use.
• No use of the service to impersonate persons or mislead end users.

5. Customer Data and Knowledge Sources

You retain responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and suitability of data uploaded to StaunchBot, including policies, FAQs, marketplace records, conversation content, and business documents. You should review bot outputs before relying on them in high-risk situations.

6. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party services, you authorize StaunchBot to exchange data with those services according to your configuration. Availability and behavior of third-party platforms may change without notice, and some features depend on credentials, permissions, scopes, or policies controlled by those providers.

7. AI Output and Human Review

StaunchBot uses automated systems to generate suggestions, classify requests, summarize conversations, and support business workflows. Automated output may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for deciding when human review, approvals, or additional validation is required for your business.

8. Fees and Commercial Terms

Paid plans, quotas, usage limits, and pricing terms may be introduced or updated separately in commercial order forms, pricing pages, or subscription terms. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Suspension and Termination

StaunchBot may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if the service is used in a way that creates legal or security risk, or if continued service is not commercially or technically feasible. You may stop using the platform at any time, subject to any active commercial commitments.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

StaunchBot is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, StaunchBot disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. StaunchBot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
